Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy 

At Normless, every product is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


No General Returns

  • We do NOT offer returns or refunds after delivery by default

  • There is no 7-day return or trial policy

  • Returns are accepted ONLY if:

    • A wrong product is sent by us, or

    • The product is damaged or defective on arrival

📌 Unboxing video is mandatory for approval in these cases


Wrong / Damaged Product (Our Responsibility)

If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

  • Email us at contact@normless.store within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video

  • After verification, we will arrange:

    • A free replacement, or

    • A full refund

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected


Refund Policy

1. Partial COD Orders

  • Any advance / partial payment for COD orders is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE

  • This applies in all circumstances, without exception


2. Refunds for Customer-Initiated Reasons (No Defect / No Wrong Item)

If a customer requests a refund for reasons other than a defect or a wrong product (size issue, dislike, change of mind, buyer remorse, etc.):

  • Customer must ship the product back to our return address at their own cost

  • Product must pass quality check (QC) after receipt

  • Once approved:

    • Only 50% of the product value will be refunded

    • Shipping fees, COD fees, gateway charges, handling and logistics costs are non-refundable

❗ Refunds will NOT be issued if the product is not returned or fails QC


Size Exchange Policy (Customer-Initiated)

We offer size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Customer must inform our support team before couriering the product

  • Item must be:

    • Unworn, unused, unwashed

    • With original tags and packaging

Exchange Process:

  1. Customer pays ₹106 to ₹200 return shipping fee before sending the product

  2. Customer ships the product to our address

  3. Our team performs QC inspection

  4. If QC is passed, a replacement size is shipped

⚠️ Exchange is cancelled if QC fails — no refund will be provided


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Worn, washed, altered or damaged items (customer-caused)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards
